What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. For post-op treatments, please arrive with your compression garments already on so your therapist can properly assess your healing. We will also provide disposable garments to ensure your comfort.

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes! We have a variety of packages available for Radio Frequency, Wood Therapy, and non-RMT Lymphatic Drainage treatments. Packages are a great way to stay consistent with your care while enjoying savings.

Do you see men or children?

Holistic Med Group primarily focuses on women’s health. However, we do welcome male clients who are referred by an existing client or healthcare practitioner. Children are also welcome in our space, and we can adapt treatments as needed for their comfort.

Can my lymphatic drainage be covered by insurance?

Yes! When lymphatic drainage is provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), many insurance companies will cover it under your massage therapy benefits. Cosmetic or aesthetic lymphatic services may not qualify under extended health coverage. We always recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility.

Do you direct bill?

At this time, we do not offer direct billing. You will receive a detailed receipt after your treatment that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Direct billing is something we may offer in the future, so stay tuned for updates.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and prevents us from offering it to another client in need.
