Holistic Med Group primarily focuses on women’s health. However, we do welcome male clients who are referred by an existing client or healthcare practitioner. Children are also welcome in our space, and we can adapt treatments as needed for their comfort.

Yes! When lymphatic drainage is provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), many insurance companies will cover it under your massage therapy benefits. Cosmetic or aesthetic lymphatic services may not qualify under extended health coverage. We always recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your eligibility.

At this time, we do not offer direct billing. You will receive a detailed receipt after your treatment that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Direct billing is something we may offer in the future, so stay tuned for updates.

We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and prevents us from offering it to another client in need.
